Alleged stalking visits in April 2020 Zachariah Anderson
Jurors were informed during Mr. Anderson’s high-profile trial that he had been spying on the pair out of jealousy over his ex-partner’s new relationship.
The 15-year-old daughter of Mr. Anderson testified in court on March 15, 2023, that her father had ordered her to observe her mother, Ms. Beacham, and note “every single time my mother would get upset.”
She claimed that whenever she met him, he would “frequently” bring up Guttierez.
Then, shortly before Guttierez vanished, Mr. Anderson allegedly also went with his daughter to spy on the couple.
She claimed that on the evening of April 24, 2020, little than one month before the murder, her father had taken them both to her mother’s house so they could see Ms. Beacham and Gutierrez through the window.
According to her, Anderson also searched through Gutierrez’s truck and took pictures of the licence plate and registration.
Then, she claimed, he rang the house’s doorbell and left
The adolescent further testified that her father had told her about his intentions to pursue his racial slur-using love rival.
You seemed to pick up on things that my dad was alluding to or referring to, she added, “but he said something about showing him who the man was, and I didn’t quite understand.”
“I might just watch him or follow him to his house one time just for the fun of it,” my father stated to me. He actually said those precise things to me.
17 May 2020 – Alleged Murder and Disappearance
Guttierez vanished on May 17, 2020, less than a month after the allegedly stalker visits.
Two days later, after failing to contact him, a worried Ms. Beacham went to his house to see how he was doing.
When she got at his flat, she saw the patio door wide open with blood all over the furnishings, floor and ceiling.
She informed the detectives that the property also lacked an area rug.

Although the victim’s body has never been discovered, based on the enormous amount of blood discovered within his flat, detectives assume he is dead.
Prosecutors claim that Mr. Anderson violently murdered Gutierrez with hard force on the evening of May 17, 2020 because he was envious of his connection with his ex-partner.
He allegedly subsequently destroyed Gutierrez’s body.
Surveillance film shows Gutierrez visiting a nearby WalMart the morning after he was last seen alive to purchase trash bags, latex gloves, and bleach wipes.
He also purchased sardine cans
As detectives drew in on Mr. Anderson, Ms. Beacham disclosed that she thought her ex was following her.
Officers discovered fire pits smouldering at both Mr. Anderson’s house and farm on the day Guttierez’s death was discovered, along with the remains of a bleach bottle and the accused murderer’s clothing among the ashes.
Guttierez’s DNA was later discovered inside Mr. Anderson’s work van, according to the prosecution, and there was proof that the interior had been bleach-scrubbed.
Also missing was some of the carpeting inside the automobile.
Oddly, the criminal complaint adds that two opened and uneaten sardine cans were also found under the front passenger seat.

The defendant was charged by the prosecution of making a signal to his daughter during her testimony.

Zachariah Anderson, release! St
op Misbehaviour by the Prosecution!
In preparation for his much anticipated trial to prove his innocence, Zachariah Anderson appeared before Judge Bruce Schroeder in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on February 20, 2023. The evidence demonstrated Zach’s innocence without a shadow of a doubt. The unthinkable, however, occurred on March 22, 2023, when the jury found the defendant guilty of stalking, hiding a corpse, and intentional killing.
Zach will be sentenced on May 16, 2023. We are working to ensure that Zach’s case receives a fair review and drawing attention to prosecutorial malpractice that, in our opinion, led to Zach’s erroneous conviction. We are requesting that the conviction be overturned and/or that the case be remanded for a new, impartial trial in which the truth will be valued more highly than a victory. Will you support us in this?
Case Zach
In May 2020, the Kenosha Police started looking into Zach in relation to Rosalio Gutierrez Jr.’s disappearance. Even though there is no concrete proof that the two ever even met. A person told law enforcement that she suspected Zach of being involved. Which is how the investigation into Zach got started. The only evidence used to convict Zach was conjecture and chance.
Thousands of man hours and vast sums of money were invested by the FBI, the City of Kenosha Police, the Sheriff of Kenosha County, and various other Wisconsin Law Enforcement organisations in an effort to discover any links connecting Zach to Mr. Gutierrez’s disappearance.
After a thorough investigation
they were unable to uncover any concrete proof linking Zach to Mr Gutierrez’s flat. Why? simply because it does not exist. Zach’s presence in the flat was not indicated by DNA, fingerprints, or any other means. Zach was NOT located at Mr Gutierrez’s apartment using cellular data or GPS tracking, and there was not a single witness. There was also no conceivable chronology that would have allowed Zach to be involved.
Without any concrete or factual evidence linking. Zach to the disappearance of Rosalio Guttierrez, Jr. The state spent more time fabricating a story to bring charges against. Try and convict an innocent man. According to Kenosha County DA Michael Gravely. In order to persuade a jury that Zach was guilty, Mr. Gravely used distorted facts and, at best. Circumstantial evidence (such as a tiny piece of “inconclusive” DNA).
